Coyon's DAF plant water treatment is a dedicated solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation system engineered for high-efficiency water purification across industrial and environmental protection scenarios. Its core design relies on generating massive micro-bubbles through an advanced air dissolution and release system. These micro-bubbles adhere tightly to solid or liquid particles with density similar to wastewater, lifting the aggregates to the water surface for separation-achieving rapid and thorough purification of contaminated water sources.

Technical Process of DAF Plant Water Treatment
The operational process of the DAF Plant Water Treatment is designed for simplicity and reliability, minimizing operational complexity: First, pressurized air is injected into the integrated air dissolution tank via a specialized air-liquid mixing pump. A jet device then draws the air into the dissolution tank, where the air is forcibly dissolved into water under 0.35Mpa pressure to form dissolved air water. This dissolved air water is subsequently pumped into the flotation tank.
Upon sudden pressure release in the flotation tank, the dissolved air escapes rapidly, forming a dense cloud of micro-bubbles. These micro-bubbles fully contact the flocculated suspended solids in the wastewater-where the suspended solids are pumped in after flocculant addition. The rising micro-bubbles adsorb onto the flocculated particles, reducing their overall density and making them float to the water surface. This process effectively removes SS (suspended solids), CODcr, and other pollutants, ensuring the treated water meets strict quality standards.

Advantages of Dissolved Air Flotation Plant
Low energy consumption
Low operating costs
Small footprint
Excellent effluent quality.
The hydraulic load can reach up to 30 m³/(m²·h) or higher, which is over 10 times higher than that of traditional devices.
The operating cost per ton of water is within 0.1 RMB/ton, 2–3 times lower than traditional devices.
Under the condition of complete set transportation, the processing capacity of a single unit can be as high as 20,000 T/D.

Applications of Dissolved Air Flotation Equipment
The versatility of the DAF plant water treatment makes it a perfect fit for a wide range of water purification needs across key industries:
1. Petroleum, Chemical & Mechanical Industries: Efficiently separates oily wastewater (including emulsified oil), solving the problem of oil contamination in industrial effluents and protecting downstream treatment equipment.
2. Paper Industry: Recovers valuable organic matter such as pulp fibers and fillers from paper mill wastewater, improving resource utilization and reducing environmental impact.
3. Textile & Printing-Dyeing Industries: Effectively treats high-chroma, low-dissolved-oxygen wastewater, reducing color intensity and pollutants to meet discharge requirements and support eco-friendly production.
4. Environmental & Municipal Water Treatment: Handles algae-rich, oxide-containing wastewater as well as low-temperature, low-turbidity sewage. It can also replace secondary sedimentation tanks, making it suitable for scenarios prone to sludge bulking, and is ideal for residual activated sludge concentration, facilitating subsequent filter press treatment.
