Dissolved Air Flotation System For Wastewater Treatment
COYON's dissolved air flotation wastewater treatment is a solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation system developed by our company, combining the latest domestic and international flotation technologies. The DAF wastewater treatment system generates 5–100 µm microbubbles through high-pressure dissolved air followed by sudden gas release, rapidly lifting oil, suspended solids, algae, colloids, and heavy metal flocs from the water to the surface, where they are continuously removed by a skimming device, achieving efficient pretreatment or deep purification. The DAF system wastewater treatment integrates dissolved air, flocculation, separation, skimming, and electrical control into one unit. It can be operated immediately upon ground connection, requiring no additional infrastructure, making it suitable for projects with limited space or renovation projects.
Dissolved Air Flotation Working Principle
The dissolved air flotation system works by dissolving air into water under high pressure, then releasing the pressurized water into a flotation tank. This process creates countless micro-bubbles that cling tightly to pollutant particles, lifting them to the water surface. The floating contaminants are then easily collected and removed by a skimming device, ensuring thorough water purification.
