Fiberglass (FRP) Tanks for Water Treatment – Corrosion-Resistant, NSF-Certified Pressure Vessels for Softening, Filtration & RO Pretreatment
Steel and PVC tanks corrode, crack, or degrade when exposed to regenerants like salt brine, chlorine, or acidic cleaners-leading to leaks, system failure, and costly downtime. Our NSF/ANSI 61-certified fiberglass (FRP) vessel for water treatment offers unmatched durability, chemical resistance, and long-term reliability in even the harshest environments. Engineered with high-strength glass-reinforced polyester or vinyl ester resin, our FRP pressure vessels are the industry standard for residential softeners, municipal filtration systems, industrial demineralization, and RO pretreatment worldwide.
Full choice of pressure tanks from 6''-72'' in diameter and from 13''-110'' in height. Available in natural, blue, black, gray, and any other colors on request.

Why Choose FRP Vessel Over Other Materials?
* Zero Corrosion: Resists salt, chlorine, acids, alkalis, and oxidizers-unlike steel or galvanized tanks.
* NSF/ANSI 61 Certified: Safe for potable water contact; meets U.S. EPA and global drinking water standards.
* High Pressure Rating: Standard 150 psi (10 bar) at 70°F (21°C)-suitable for pressurized softening and filtration.
* Lightweight Yet Strong: 70% lighter than steel but with superior tensile strength and impact resistance.
* Long Service Life: 20+ years with minimal maintenance-no painting, lining, or cathodic protection needed.
* UV-Stabilized Exterior: Optional UV-resistant gel coat for outdoor installations (standard on all models).

FAQ
Q1: Can FRP tanks be used outdoors?
A: Yes. All our tanks include a UV-resistant gel coat that prevents resin degradation from sunlight. For extreme climates, we recommend an insulation jacket or shade cover.
Q2: What's the difference between polyester and vinyl ester resin?
A: Polyester resin is cost-effective and suitable for salt, chlorine (<5 ppm), and mild pH ranges (5–9). Vinyl ester resin offers superior resistance to strong acids (e.g., H₂SO₄), bases (NaOH), and high chlorine-ideal for dealkalizers or chemical storage. We'll recommend the right resin based on your application.
Q3: Do you supply tanks with distributors and valves?
A: We provide tanks with or without internal distributors (laterals). For complete softener/filter units, we partner with control valve manufacturers (Clack, Fleck, Autotrol) or can ship as a bare vessel for your assembly.
