Working Principle: Two-Stage Pressure-Driven Dewatering
The screw sludge dewatering machine operates through a streamlined two-stage process that balances efficiency and simplicity:
First, sludge enters the concentration section, where gravity naturally separates free moisture, reducing initial volume by half. From there, it's transported to the dewatering section, where the magic happens: as sludge advances, the filter gaps and screw pitch gradually narrow, while the back pressure plate creates resistance. This combination builds intense internal pressure, continuously compressing the sludge to squeeze out bound moisture.
