For sludge from sewage treatment plants (STPs), it consistently produces dewatered cake with a moisture content of 75%-85%, effectively reducing sludge volume and disposal costs. Working Principle: Three-Stage Integrated Treatment

 

1. Rapid Concentration
Driven by the screw pushing shaft, multiple laminated plates (fixed and movable) arranged around the shaft move relative to each other. Under the force of gravity, free moisture in the sludge is filtered out through gaps between the movable laminated plates, achieving rapid sludge concentration. This initial step reduces sludge volume by up to 50%, laying the foundation for efficient dewatering.

 

2. Intensive Dewatering
Concentrated sludge advances with the rotation of the screw shaft. Along the direction of the sludge cake outlet, the screw pitch gradually narrows, and the gap between adjacent rings shrinks-continuously reducing the volume of the spiral cavity. Coupled with the resistance from the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure in the filter chamber rises sharply. Under this intense mechanical extrusion, bound moisture in the sludge is thoroughly squeezed out, and the solid content of the filter cake increases steadily, realizing continuous and deep dewatering.

 

3. Intelligent Self-Cleaning
The rotation of the screw shaft drives the continuous movement of the movable rings. The equipment leverages the relative motion between fixed and movable rings to achieve an automatic self-cleaning process. This clever design completely avoids the common clogging problem of traditional dewatering machines, ensuring uninterrupted operation even when handling sticky or high-fiber sludge.
