A bag filter separates solid impurities from liquid by filtering through filter bags, widely used in wastewater, chemical and industrial fluid treatment.
Step-by-Step Operation
1. Preparation: Check filter housing, seal rings and filter bags for damage; pick suitable bag mesh size per impurity size.
2. Shut Down Safety: Close inlet and outlet valves, release internal pressure completely before opening the cover.
3. Install Filter Bag: Place the bag steadily inside the cage, fit the bag mouth tightly to avoid liquid bypass leakage.
4. Close & Seal: Fasten the top cover firmly, ensure all sealing parts fit closely without gaps.
5. Start Operation: Slowly open inlet valve, let liquid flow in gradually. Then open outlet valve for formal filtration.
6. Running Monitoring: Observe pressure gauge constantly. Rising pressure means the bag is clogged with solids.
7. Replace Filter Bag: Stop feeding liquid, depressurize the device. Take out dirty bag, clean housing and install new bag.
8. Daily Maintenance: Clean residue regularly, inspect seals and pipes to prevent leakage.
